GARDENIA was born in November 1992 when Lygheri and Spyros opened their doors on Sevastianou Street, just a minute's walk from the Liston and two minutes from Saint Spyridon Church, in the very heart of Corfu Old Town. What started as a neighbourhood florist has blossomed into one of the island's most cherished names over the last three decades.
Spyros and Lygheri built this place together, flower by flower, season by season. Today, Lygheri continues their story alone, carrying forward the same love, the same hands, and the same devotion to every arrangement she makes.
We are a family business with deep roots in Kerkyra. The islanders know us by name, while tourists discover us and return every summer. Hotels, restaurants, churches, and local families trust us for the most important moments of their lives.
Our flowers arrive fresh every morning, bringing you vibrant roses, peonies, lilies, orchids, and the finest seasonal blooms. We build every arrangement by hand, pouring care, an eye for beauty, and over thirty years of island expertise into everything we make.
